Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Because our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse, delivery times are longer than domestic shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons may extend delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly stated on the product page or checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from overseas (China).
For U.S. customers:

Most orders do not incur additional customs fees due to the current duty-free threshold.

However, any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
